Conditions of Entry

  1. Offer open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
  2. At the end of the promotion, prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  3. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Conditions of Entry.
  4. There will be 20 entrants selected to win the Barclays Premier League trophy for a day.
  5. The trophy will be available 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday only unless agreed by Barclays. Date to be agreed and is subject to availability.
  6. The trophy is always accompanied by at least two security personnel.
  7. The trophy should only be used in a controlled environment, for example at school, in work or at home. Maintaining integrity is important and the use of the trophy will be controlled by the two security personnel and their decision is final.
  8. Any touching of the trophy will be controlled by the two security personnel.
  9. The winners will be notified in writing or by telephone by 8th January 2010.
  10. If a prize winner cannot accept the prize for any reason or is unobtainable, another qualifying entrant will be drawn. No cash alternative will be offered.
  11. The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion. A photographer will be present.
  12. This promotion is solely conducted and sponsored by Barclays Bank PLC.
  13. Any promotional material created should state that the Barclays Premier League trophy has been provided courtesy of Barclays Bank.
  14. Any promotional material will need to be sent to Barclays for approval in advance. Contact details for approvals will be provided to winners.
  15. Barclays reserves the right to select another winner if they decide that the location of a winner would put the security of the trophy at risk.
  16. Barclays reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice.
  17. A list of prize winners’ names and their locations will be available to anyone sending a SAE to: Barclays Home Win, Dept BSCE, 1234 Pavilion Drive, Northampton NN4 7SG after 31st January 2010. No further correspondence will be entered into.
  18. Closing date for entries is 31st December 2009.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed for multiple entries or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
